3-Roll Calender
3-roll calenders are used to produce rubber sheets and to apply rubber to textile or cord materials used in reinforced rubber products. Depending on the production process, they can be used to turn rubber compounds into sheets or to work rubber onto fabric and cord materials. Compared with simpler calendering machines, 3-roll calenders are more suitable for work that requires closer control over thickness, surface finish, and rubber bonding to textile materials. These calenders are commonly selected for tyre components, conveyor belt materials, rubberized fabrics, and other related rubber products.
