Air Spring Curing Press
Sleeve Air Spring Vulcanizing
Sleeve air spring curing presses complete the vulcanization process for sleeve-type automotive air springs by applying controlled heat, pressure, and curing time. They have a four-column frame that integrates heating platens, insulation plates, a center mechanism, automatic mold lifting and side-pulling mechanism, internal pressure system, steam heating circuit, PLC touch screen control system, and hydraulic station to support stable curing operations. These curing presses have two curing stations, so they can process two molds at the same time, while their independent control cabinets allow each station to adjust temperature, pressure, and curing time separately through the main control system.
