These convoluted air spring building machines integrate sleeve forming and automatic turn-up/turn-down operations into a single building process. They are equipped with mechanical rollers and a double-folding forming head to complete the edge wrapping at both ends of the air spring. Two lower pressing roller assemblies and servo motors work together to compact the rubber sheets, control forming head movement, and remove trapped air during the forming process.
