Second-Stage Building Machine

  • Belt material is measured and cut automatically, and the CCD correction system helps keep belt application accurately centered.
  • A JLB spiral winding device is used for spiral overlay application during second-stage building
  • Tread material is fed from a reel, cut to the required length automatically, and trimmed with an ultrasonic knife before application.
