Triplex Extruder
In tyre production, triplex extruders are used when three rubber compounds need to be combined in one profile. They are mainly used for the tread, sidewall, and apex of different tyre types, including passenger car & light truck radial tyres, truck & bus radial tyres, bias tyres, and off-the-road tyres. This type of extruder is suitable for production lines that require closer control over profile accuracy, compound distribution, and extrusion consistency.

Features
- The co-extrusion head is fully hydraulically controlled, so opening, closing, and locking can all be handled more smoothly during production.
- Parts such as the flow channel plate, preforming insert, and die plate can be changed according to product specifications, to help keep the extruded dimensions more consistent.
- Equipped with PID temperature control to adjust the set range automatically during production, helping the material stay at the right temperature for extrusion.
