Tyre Tread & Sidewall Extrusion Line
Leave a Message

Tyre tread and sidewall extrusion lines are used in tyre manufacturing to produce tread, sidewall, apex, cushion rubber, and other semi-finished tyre components for all-steel, semi-steel, and bias tyres. Designed for compound extrusion on larger tyre lines, they help keep profile dimensions more accurate while supporting steady output in higher-volume production.

Main Functions
  • Material Transfer and Handling
Take-off conveying, incline and decline transfer, winding, and fast conveying sections keep semi-finished materials moving through the tyre tread and sidewall extrusion line in a more continuous way, helping production stay organized from one stage to the next.
  • Composite Processing
Tyre tread and sidewall extrusion lines handle operations such as tread and sidewall compound forming, cushion rubber sheeting and lamination, and film lamination. This gives better control over the size of semi-finished tyre components and helps keep the structure more even.
  • Process Inspection and Automatic Control
Functions such as width measurement, weighing, and fixed-length cutting are used to keep key production conditions under closer watch. Together with the electrical control system, they also support a higher level of automation during line operation.
  • Supporting Operations
Printing, cooling, and air blowing are used after extrusion to support downstream handling and maintain more stable production.
