Mechanical Tyre Curing Press
Truck & Bus Radial Tyre Curing Press (TBR Tyre Curing Press)
Mechanical tyre curing presses are designed for truck and bus radial tyre curing and can work with either nitrogen or steam curing processes. Depending on the press configuration, mould opening and closing can follow a vertical beam-lifting flip type or a translation type arrangement. During curing, the green tyre is shaped and vulcanized under controlled conditions to achieve the required tyre form and tread pattern.
