Hydraulic Tyre Curing Press
Truck & Bus Radial Tyre Curing Press (TBR Tyre Curing Press)
Hydraulic tyre curing presses for truck and bus radial tyres can be used for both TBR and bias tyre curing with nitrogen or steam processes. A dual-mould side-plate frame structure with independent units is combined with roller-guided or linear-guide mould opening and closing, side-plate pin locking, four-cylinder pressure application for each mould, heating plates for mould heating, and a BOM-type center mechanism for more stable curing operation.

Features
- One hydraulic station can be used to drive either one curing press or up to five curing presses, depending on the production arrangement.
- PLC control serves as the real-time control core, while an industrial computer is used as the operator interface for parameter setting, real-time data collection, storage, alarms, and historical record review during curing.
- An Ethernet interface is provided to support networking of multiple curing presses.
- Optional configurations include electric mould adjustment, segmented mould drive, post-inflation, and tyre storage devices.
